I can tell you that real estate is STILL on sale throughout our nation!  As far as the metro Atlanta area is concerned, things remain schizophrenic.  I will say, it's still an excellent time to buy, especially for first time buyers, since the tax credit has been extended to April 2010.  Working with banks and mortgage companies has become more and more difficult, as everyone is afraid to part with money, but it CAN and WILL be done. I'm just the professional to help you wade through the morass!

    Support your local community theater groups!  It's a great time of fun and entertainment for the whole family - and inexpensive, too!  And you never know where it might lead - our daughter caught the acting bug from an audition notice in a program for a play we attended.  That was nine years ago, and now my whole family is involved with local theater!
